1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court, Mr. Bijay Kumar Bishi, the then Inspector-InCharge, Salipur Police Station, Salipur now posted as S.D.P.O., Athagarh appears in Court through Video Conferencing Mode and submits that during his incumbency at Salipur Police Station he had registered an U.D. Case regarding death of son of the Petitioner on the report of the Medical Officer, CHC, Salipur.

3. However, Mr. Girija Nandan Patnaik, the present Inspector-In-Charge, Salipur Police Station, Salipur, District-Cuttack appeared through Video Conferencing Mode on 23.11.2022 and undertook that he would take all

// 2 // steps to register the F.I.R. filed by the Petitioner. Accordingly, vide order dated 23.11.2022 the Petitioner was directed to approach the Inspector-In-Charge, Salipur Police Station, Salipur, District-Cuttack with a fresh report and the Inspector-In-Charge, Salipur Police Station, Salipur, District-Cuttack shall take steps to register the report of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

4. In that view of the matter, this CRLMP is disposed of.

5. Personal appearance of Mr. Bijay Kumar Bishi, S.D.P.O., Athagarh is dispensed with.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
