These matters are taken up through hybrid mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is same as that involved in WPC (OAC) No.171 of 2013, which has been allowed today, i.e., on 29.09.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed judgment dated 29.09.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No.171 of 2013, this writ petition is allowed.

While the impugned order insofar as it relates to terminating the services of the petitioner is not interfered with, the writ application is disposed of directing the opposite party authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services having regard to the relevant provisions of the 2019 rules by treating him as having completed six years of service as Contractual Pharmacist under the RKS Scheme continuously as on the date of commencement of the said Rules. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of
communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
