This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3rd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up/pursued after 24.05.2013.

The O.A. was filed in the year 2013 by the petitioner, working as Cluster Resource Centre Co-ordinator of Nembara U.G.U.P. School Cluster, Nembara, in the district of Kendrapara, reverting the applicant/petitioner to his parent post after completion of five years as Cluster Resource Centre Co-ordinator (in short 'CRCC').

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the appointment as CRCC was as per the Government order which was in the nature of a deputation/special assignment
// 2 // and after completion of certain period, the petitioner as he was continuing, was brought back to his parent post and the order cannot be faulted with.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
