1. The petitioner is a defaulting borrower having failed to repay the loan taken from the opposite party-Bank. The petitioner having availed a over draft facility with limit of Rs.19,50,000/- from the United Bank of India by loan sanction letter dated 31.12.2013 has filed the present writ petition challenging the auction sale notice dated 20.10.2022 issued by the successor, Punjab National Bank and to accept the OTS offer letter dated 20.06.2022.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition in order to avail the remedies available under law before other forums.
