None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 15.11.2022, but on perusal of the report submitted by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-Additional Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar reveals that the criminal case, from which the present bail application arises, now stands posted for examination of the I.O. It is therefore, directed that the Court in seisin of the case shall dispose of the criminal case within a period of two months of receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order.
