Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2021 in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.495 of 2021 corresponding to Special C.T. Case No.1566 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/294/506/307/353/186/354/34 IPC.

Considering the submissions made, materials on record and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, coupled with the fact that one of the co-accused, Arun Malik, who stands on the same footing as the petitioner has already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit

and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
