This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode.

According to learned counsel Mr. Pradhan, the Petitioner is aggrieved by non-disposal of reference made to the SubCollector, Puri (OP No.2) by Tahasildar-cum- OEA Collector, Puri (OP No.3) in OEA Case No.320 of 2016, where the Opposite Party No.3 has passed the final order. To be more clear, he submits, though while passing the final order in the above-noted OEA Case, the Opposite Party No.3 has referred the matter to Opposite Party No.2 for approval, however, till date the matter is pending before Opposite Party No.2. In such background, he prays a direction may be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on such reference within a stipulated time. 3.

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case of the Petitioner, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Collector, Puri to take a final decision on such reference being made for his approval in

// 2 // connection with the above mentioned case in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
