Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance Department.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 23.12.2022.

While releasing the petitioner on bail, this Court imposed the condition that "till the submission of final form, the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court in seisin." 4.

It is stated that the petitioner is a senior citizen, as such for medical reasons he need to travel.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, on instruction submits that because of the specialized nature of investigation, the Vigilance Authority have not been able to file final form in spite of best of efforts.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is persuaded to modify the condition in the interest of justice and it

is directed that the petitioner shall not leave the State of Odisha without expression permission of the learned Court in seisin. 7.

The condition, as stated in Paragraph-10 of the order dated 23.12.2022 stands modified.

Other conditions remain unaltered. I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
