This petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice of eviction dated 27.10.2022 issued by opposite party no.4 under Annexure-1.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
