The petitioners having been implicated in connection with Khantapada P.S. Case No.364 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.963 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 457/380, I.P.C. pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Balasore have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials as placed as also other surrounding circumstances, this Court finds no such reason/justification to entertain this application

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 01.02.2021 stands vacated.
