RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 30th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up. The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal by the petitioner who was working as Asst. Teacher, Sidheswar M.E. School in the district of Keonjhar seeking a prayer to include the name of the applicant in the Gradation List prepared for teachers of Level-V as per his seniority since 2008.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous since the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
