Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the request of the Petitioner to issue a direction in respect of Annexure-7, this Court observes, since the very same Petitioner has already initiated a demarcation proceeding, vide Demarcation Case No.175/2022 appearing at Annexure-4, in the event such proceeding is still pending, the same may be concluded lawfully at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
