Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court in Sujata Das v. State of Orissa, (W.P.(C) No.12440 of 2012, disposed of on 10.03.2021). Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Sujata Das (supra).

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
