1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, challenges the action of the Opposite Parties in not considering her representation for refund of her deposited amount in her account bearing No.419053000404 with the Opposite Party No.1/ Balasore-Bhadrak Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balasore which has been illegally diverted from her account to the account of the Opposite Party No.7.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has given a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Balasore -Bhadrak Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balasore submitting a copy of the same to the Opposite Party No.6/ Collector and District
// 2 // Magistrate, Balasore-cum-Administrator, BalasoreBhadrak Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balasore. But the same is still pending since 30.09.2022. Therefore, he submits that the Opposite Party No.6/ Collector and District Magistrate, Balasore-cum-Administrator, Balasore-Bhadrak Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balasore may be directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.6/ Collector and District Magistrate, Balasore-cumAdministrator, Balasore-Bhadrak Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balasore is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner giving an opportunity of hearing to her and pass a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
