This is the successive journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with S.T.Case No.48 of 2019 arising out of Baunsuni P.S.Case No.0062 of 2019 pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Boudh running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 498(A)/304(B)/302/34, I.P.C. in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record as well as the surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to re-consider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of

// 2 // with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all the effective steps for early conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months hence.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
