The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their grant of bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Sambalpur P.S. Case No.155 of 2017 corresponding to T.R. Case No.95 of 2017 on the file of learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Sambalpur, for alleged commission of offence under Section-20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, for his release on bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the earlier order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.10568 of 2018, in the absence of any change in the circumstances; the present application stands dismissed as not entertainable.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
