Mr. K.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, the order of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar passed in O.A. No.1066 of 2016 has been partly complied with. So far as the other part is concerned, the Petitioner is directed to file a representation before the appropriate authority along with copy of the order passed in the O.A. within two weeks hence. If such a representation is filed, the other part of the order shall be complied without fail. 4.

It is made clear that, if the other part of the order is not complied, the authority concerned shall be liable for contempt.

The representation so filed shall be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of its filing. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.

The CONTC is accordingly dropped.
