This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner-Applicant as he was working as Inspector of Police in the Office of the Directorate of Intelligence, Bhubaneswar came up with the present petition praying therein not to commence disciplinary proceeding against the Petitioner.

The Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack vide order dated 15th April, 2015 noted as follows: "xx xx xx xx Learned Additional Standing Counsel mentioned that counter has already been filed and copy of the same is handed over to Miss. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant in court today. She further stated that disciplinary proceeding has not yet been initiated. Therefore, there is no cause of action has taken place on the basis of which interim stay has to be given. The relief sought for is premature. xx xx xx xx"

Today, Ms. Pani, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing memo in Court today sought for withdrawal of the writ petition as the same has become infructuous by efflux of time.
