The Petitioner-Applicant filed O.A. No.2517(C) of 2013 before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which is renumbered as W.P.C.(OAC) No.2517 of 2013.

The Petitioner-Applicant challenged the transfer order dated 30th July, 2013 (Annexure-2) passed by the District Education Officer, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi. The Petitioner sought to object to his transfer to P.S. Dambaguda under Mohana Block to Girls UPS Mohana, Gajapati.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the Opposite PartyRespondent No.5, namely, District Education Officer, Gajapati in the district of Gajapati.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 6.

Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education. He submits that this being a transfer matter, by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous.
