01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to revise the position of the applicant in the merit list by placing his position at Serial No.3 instead of Serial No.34 taking into consideration his date of coming over to qualifying service / grade as 1.10.1985 instead of the wrong information provided by Respondent No.3 as 1.1.1996.

(ii) To further direct the Respondent No.1 to reflect the position of the applicant in the gradation list of ORS Group-B officers as per the revised position to be carried out.

(iii) To grant any relief / reliefs as deemed fit and proper".

4. Considering the nature of grievance raised in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to approach the Opposite Party No.1 for consideration of his grievance as made in the Writ Petition. It is observed that if any such application is filed by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the Opposite Party No.1 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months.
