This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "direct the respondents to grant similar benefit of pension to the applicant in terms of the principles decided and accepted in the case of Dharnidhar Rath vide Annexure-7-Series and 8 and thereby quashing the order dated 03.05.2016 vide Annexure-6".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-7 & 8
// 2 // within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
