Instant petition is filed by the petitioners for extension of time for them to surrender before the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Balasore in compliance of the Court's order dated 18th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3381 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and it is submitted that the petitioners could not surrender within the time line fixed i.e. on or before 9th December, 2022 in connection with Special Case No. 279 of 2022 before the learned Special Court. 4.

The objection of Mr. Babu, learned AGA appearing for the opposite party-State is recorded.

However, having regard to the fact that the petitioners are inclined to surrender before the learned Court below, the Court is of the view that time to surrender should be extended, even though, it has expired long back.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Balasore in connection with Special Case No. No. 279 of 2022 within two weeks from today in compliance of the Court's order dated 18th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3381 of 2022.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be allowed in future.
