The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the proceeding in respect of applicant and to held that the inquiry is illegal, arbitrary and nonest in the eye of law and also to quash the order of punishment dated 02.03.2012 in respect of the petitioner. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that challenging the order of punishment, the petitioner has made an appeal to opposite party No.2 vide Annexure-7 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.2 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
