This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner-Applicant filed O.A. No.2521(C) of 2013 before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which is renumbered as W.P.C.(OAC) No.2521 of 2013.

The Petitioner-Applicant challenged the transfer order dated 30th July, 2013 (Annexure-1) passed by the District Education Officer, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi. The Petitioner sought to object to his transfer to PS New Sara under Kashinagar Block to PUPS Narayanpur under Mohana Block, Gajapati.

Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education.

As conceded by both the counsels for the parties, this being a transfer matter, by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous.
