Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
The petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2021 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.156 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.576 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/304B/302 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.
The petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. The prosecution allegation is that she was subjected to mental and physical cruelty in connection with demand for dowry and ultimately she was murdered.

Perusal of the materials on record does not reveal any direct material against the present petitioners, rather the evidence points at the guilt of the husband.
6.
Having regard to the above facts and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 7.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
8.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
