Instant I.A. is filed for extension of period for surrender of the petitioner before the learned court below on the ground stated therein. This Court by order dated 13th December, 2022 passed order in CRLMC No.3394 of 2022 directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-P.O., Special Court (POCSO), Sundargarh on or before 23rd December, 2022, which has expired in the meantime. 2.

For the reason stated, the IA stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-P.O., Special Court (POCSO), Sundargarh in Special G.R. Case No.156 of 2021 on or before 24th January, 2023 in compliance of the direction of this Court passed in CRLMC No.3394 of 2022.
