1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Since the impugned order is an appellable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer as made in the writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
4. It is observed that if any such appeal is filed within the aforesaid time period, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the same and decide the matter on its own merit without insisting on delay in filing the said appeal.
5. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
