This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.310 (C) of 2013 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.310 of 2013. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has filed in 2013 before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack alleging non-consideration of his case against the post of contractual teacher (trained graduate PCM) against OBC category. It is alleged that the name of the Petitioner has been kept in the waiting list at serial No. 6 as unreserved category. He also submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction in the matter.

Since the matter relates to 2013. By efflux of time, it seems that the matter has become infructuous.
