The Petitioner files this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order of punishment under Annexure-3 and also seeks direction to dispose of the appeal of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 in view of the judgment passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in O.A. No. 2723 (C) of 2008. 4.

Since the appeal is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However direction is given to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal under Annexure-6 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order. 5.
