Considering the request of handing over possession vide Annexure-8 pending before the Development Authority, this matter stands disposed of however with direction to the Opposite Party No. 2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-8 and take lawful decision by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
