The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3rd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition. 3.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up/pursued after 06.08.2013.

The applicant was aged about 50 years, working as Junior Engineer (Contractual) at R.W.S.S.

Section, Lephripara of R.W.S.S. Division, Sundargarh, filed the O.A. in the year 2013 challenging the order of transfer dated 13.06.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present.

Standing Counsel submits that considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition i.e., challenge to a order of transfer, nothing would

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
