Mr. Mukharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, between his client and private opposite party no.3 there is civil dispute in partition suit pending. During pendency of the suit, said private opposite party alienated in favour of private opposite party no.4, violating restraint order. Private opposite party no.4 applied for mutation on the alienation. His client made representation dated 27th October 2021 to the Tahasildar, to reject the application for mutation. He seeks direction upon the Tahasildar for expeditious consideration and disposal of the representation.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be considered.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 27th October 2021, upon notice to private opposite parties nos.3 and 4. Result be made known, inter alia, to petitioner within three weeks from date of communication of this order.
