This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (physical/ virtual) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No.100 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.266 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that he shall not allow user of his vehicle/s in similar activity; the Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 10th October, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
