In apprehension of disciplinary proceeding, the petitioner has approached this Court. However, the Tribunal passed an interim order in the interest of the petitioner. In the meantime the petitioner has retired from service.

In view of such position, by efflux of time, the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. However, if any cause of action still subsists, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, for redressal of such grievance.
