1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the above facts and circumstances, the applicant seeks direction from this Hon'ble Tribunal to the Opposite Parties No.1,2 & 3 to disburse the arrear salary of the applicant since 01.01.1996 to 01.01.2007 and consequential benefits at par with the other approved staff of the Regional High School, Manitara, Ganjam;

And may further be pleased to pass any other order(s), direction(s) as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;

4. Even though notice has been issued since 4.4.2018, but till date, no counter has been filed by the Department.

5. In view of long pendency of the matter, I feel it proper that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

6. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a detailed representation before Inspector of School Ganjam, Berhampur-Opp. Party No.3 (now D.E.O, Ganjam at Berhampur)

// 2 // by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Inspector of School Ganjam, Berhampur-Opp. Party No.3 (now D.E.O, Ganjam at Berhampur) shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
