The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of reversion.

As it appears, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23.12.2011 in W.P.(C) No. 14979 of 2010 steps have been taken and the order impugned have been passed.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department contended that challenging the common order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 9153 of 2010 and batch, review petition bearing RVWPET No. 23 of 2012 was filed by one of the similarly situated person, which was dismissed and the matter went to the apex Court, where the order so passed by this Court was made confirmed.

In that view of the matter, if in compliance of the same, the order impugned has been passed, no further order is required to be passed because of the confirmation made by the apex Court.
