1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The matter having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition, has been registered as a writ petition before this Court on 30.11.2021.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 13.2.2013.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that they have no up-to-date instruction to proceed with the matter and, therefore, seeks liberty to revive the same, if any cause of action still survives.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
