1. Heard Mr.Deo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. and the offences alleged are under Sections 354-A/376(AB) of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Having heard both parties and considering the statement of the victim, who is nine years old only, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. ( B.P. Routray) Judge C.R.Biswal
