This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No. 1803 of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1803 of 2017.

The Petitioner, Sub-Inspector of Police, came up of before this Court alleging that the Opposite Parties have failed to sanction and disburse increments due on 1.1.2008, 1.1.2009, 1.1.2010, 1.1.2011, 1.1.2012, 1.1.2013, 1.1.2014, 1.1.2015, 1.1.2016 and 1.1.2017 (last 10 increments from 1.1.2008 to 1.1.2017).

The Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal issued notice vide order dated 2nd November, 2017.

At the time of hearing today, Ms. Sobhana Sahu, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Khatei, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the authorities, during the pendency of the writ petition, have disbursed the amount due and as such the relief claimed in the writ petition by the Petitioner does not survive.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
