Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties 2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Assistant/ Junior Clerk (Group-C) within a reasonable time. 4.

As it appears, the representation of the petitioner has been forwarded by the Principal-DIET, Kendrapara-opposite party no.2 to the Director, TE&SCERT Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 09.10.2021 under Annexure-8, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.2 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.3 under Annexure-8, if the same has not yet been attended to, taking into consideration Annexures-5, 6 and 9, within a period of two months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
