1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 03.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 02.07.2013 and matter was never taken up after 29.08.2013.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present.

5. Learned Additional Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition, submits that considering the nature of grievance, the petitioner while working as Junior Engineer had challenged allotment of different Grama Panchayats to him particularly the order dated 02.05.2013 (Annexure-10) passed by the Block Development Officer, Ranpur-opposite party no.4, nothing would survive at present after lapse of nine years of passing of the order.

6. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petitioner is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
