Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) direct / order the Respondent No.1 to give a suitable posting to the applicant as per his nature of work rendered by him and technical qualification of the applicant within a stipulated period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Tribunal;

ii) direct / order the Respondent No.1 to release the arrear monthly salary of the applicant from April, 2012 to the date of reposting with 12% interest along with pay under O.R.S.P Rules, 2008;

iii) pass such other order (s) / direction (s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice".

Since for the self-same relief, the Petitioner has approached opposite party No.1 on 17.05.2013 vide Annexure-7, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a

// 2 // direction to opposite party No.1 to take a lawful decision on Annexure-7 within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order. The order so passed be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) is disposed of.
