This is an application for extension of time to surrender vis-avis order dated 29th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3410 of 2022.

By the above order dated 29th November, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below in G.R. Case No. 1079 of 2021 but they could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioners to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 29th November, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioners are now directed to surrender before the court of learned JMFC (O), Bhubaneswar on or before 30th January, 2022 in connection with G.R. Case No. 1079 of 2021 and in the event they surrender, the court shall release them on bail

with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of CRLMC No. 3410 of 2022.
