Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the O.A. unfortunately the petitioner has passed away and there is no further instruction from the LRs of the petitioner to pursue the litigation.
When the matter was taken up on 10.03.2022 after considering in some detail, the order was passed adjourning the matter.
