This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Further it appears from the records that the Petitioner must have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is open for the Petitioner to file appropriate application to revive the petition, if the cause of action still survives.
