2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 challenging the fixation of eligibility criteria with respect to the lower age limit under Clause 2(c) of the Advertisement dt. 20.10.2012 for engagement of Contract teachers in upgraded Government High Schools.

4. But by efflux of time since the particular advertisement has lost its relevance after nine years and the appointment process must have been completed by now, the cause of action raised in the instant petition does not seem to be surviving. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly the WPC(OAC) is disposed of.
