The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the State Information Commission to furnish the information as per the RTI application dated 22nd July, 2019 (Annexure-1). 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has filed a second appeal under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 4.

Since a second appeal is pending before the Commission for alleged non-supply of the information, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
