1. The Petitioners' representation dated 2nd November, 2022 will be examined by the Collector, Cuttack and after notice to the Petitioners and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 6th March, 2023. The copy of the said order shall be made available to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. It is will be open to the Petitioners to request the Collector for appropriate interim orders.
