1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 challenging the order of relieve dated 19.10.2012 as illegal without jurisdiction, arbitrary, improper, punitive, stigmatic. It is pertinent to mention that by the time of filing of the present case in the year 2012, the age of the petitioner was 51 years. So, the petitioner must have retired by now and by efflux of time the WPC(OAC) has lost its relevance and cause of action raised therein does not seem to be surviving for which the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, the interim order passed on 04.02.2013 by the learned Tribunal in M.P. No.174(C) of 2013 O.A. No.3614(C) /2012 stands vacated.

5. Accordingly, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
