1.The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3.Petitioner filed original application before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack challenging the selection/merit list for appointment of Jail Warder under Koraput Circle Jail on the ground of not following the reservation policy of the Government as well as the advertisement made in that regard.

4. The matter is of the year, 2013 and by efflux of time, the cause of action must have extinguished. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court, if any cause of action survives.
